The Special Operation Forces Assault Rifle is by-far the best rifle for damage on soliders with marksmenship and burst fire as it increases critical chance and adds an additional shot to bursts. This weapon is less effective on the commando due to the lack of burst fire which can increase damage per second by up to 33%.

-Largest damage increase on most rifle type soldiers.
-No negative stats.
Cons:[]
-Adding additional shots to burst fire can decrease ammo efficiency by adding more bullets in flight at a time. (if 4 shots are on track to a target and the first 3 kill the target, the last shot is wasted.)
